Breakfast

 So my wife and I went and had breakfast this morning and it was at one of her least favorite places: Bob Evans. However, the locations she went to growing up were not the ones I went to. I went to the Canal Winchester location mostly and so that's where I took her.

We ordered mimosas first and then we ordered our food. I got the Double Meat Farmer's Breakfast with homefries, sunnyside-up eggs with bacon, and sausage links. And 3 pancakes. It was delicious. Ally had gotten Chocolate Chocolate Pancakes which were chocolate chip pancakes with chocolate syrup and whipped cream on it in the shape of a smiley face and a side of bacon. Though she wanted Belgian waffles, she was content with the pancakes. We enjoyed our meals and after the mimosa, I got a cup of black coffee.

The meal was amazing. The bacon was fresh, hot, and a mixture of crispy and fatty. The sausage links I had were delicious. They were nice and fluffy. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The mimosas had prosecco but we did not complain, it was alcohol at breakfast on a day we both had off.

When we got back home I started getting some grading done for the report cards since those are due tomorrow at 11:59 pm. Oh the life of a teacher.

 Things have become more and more difficult in the current job market for someone who has so much to offer with a good degree and for some positions all the necessary requirements. However, things have never been more difficult than to be born in the millennial generation and having to cope with the fact that my generation has fucked up so bad, no one wants to hire my generation if you are under the age of 30. ABA Work

 So I work in the ABA industry. For those of you who do not know what that means, it stands for Applied Behavioral Analysis. I am a Registered Behavior Technician, and I work with autistic children. I love what I do, and the children are so smart and sweet. But sometimes I feel like the RBTs' work goes unnoticed. A lot of the time, we deal with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) who doesn't really care. They create the programs that we implement, but we may suggest things to the BCBA, and while they say they'll look into it, they won't. Or they just do not care enough to. The company I work for, I really like, but of course, with all jobs, there are the pros and cons. Pro: more work opportunities; Con: Managers don't really listen to what you are saying and want more of a "yes man" instead of an RBT who will do what is necessary to make sure the client is taken care of.

The Hunger Games: Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes Review

I went and saw the new Hunger Games Movie which was a prequel movie to the Hunger Games series. The movie was titled "Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes" which is based on the novel written by Suzanne Collins and takes place at the 10th annual Hunger Games with a young Coriolanus Snow, played by Tom Blyth, becoming a mentor to the District 12 tribute Lucy Gray Baird whom was played by Rachel Zegler. The games are not as we know them from the series. The tributes are treated like animals and not as they are treated in the other movies. But clearly, they do get better as time goes on. Though I had reservations about seeing it due to the backlash Zegler had received in recent months, it was still a very entertaining movie, giving the audience background on a younger version of President Snow. I do suggest going and seeing The Hunger Games: Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes now open in theaters as it is thrilling, suspenseful and all around fun for the whole family.
