Having a BA in English with a minor in theater, I kind of screwed myself in my career options. No experience in a lot of things, like some companies want. I do want to get into the editing field: proofreading, copy/developmental editing, and line editing, because I am a writer. It's hard to get started, even on freelance sites like Upwork and Fiverr. But I never stop. I want the opportunity to help writers with their own pieces of work, whether it is a research paper, a short story, or some flash fiction. I am passionate about this. I want to be able to consult individuals who want to be writers. And I will also admit, being entry-level, my rates would be quite fair to those who need help and might not have a large income.  So when I got onto the social media bandwagon, it was with Facebook. It wasn't until several years later, when I was in college, that I got Instagram. I've had a Twitter(now X) for a while, and then I downloaded TikTok a few years ago, but never posted. I did not really start posting to TikTok until this year. Trying to gain followers on there by talking mainly about Men's Mental Health or just mental health in general. But a lot of my videos I've posted thus far have been about the different things that men go through, that we have a hard time verbalizing, and what makes us depressed sometimes. I have mentioned "putting a man down," meaning shutting down his happiness in a single moment. When we are having fun doing something stupid or silly, and laughing, telling us we are being annoying or something along those lines makes us shut down.  I have been to numerous coffeehouses in the Central Ohio area of Columbus. And there are a lot of good ones, and a lot of bad ones. I have also been to numerous Starbucks locations. I used to frequent the one in Bexley, OH back in college because of the free wifi. The ambiance of it is amazing as well because that location is a refurbished bank with the money vault being an additional sitting area. But the Starbucks that I like to call home is located at 961 Hill Rd N in my hometown of Pickerington. The staff is extremely welcoming and kind. They have a good rhythm going with each other, and in my opinion, I hardly have a wait time. I am also biased about this location because my wife works there. When I come in in the morning before work to drop off my wife, if I decide to get coffee, they always know what my order is. Yes, it is a lot of calories, but it is so good.  Last Friday, 05/01/2026, was not exactly the best of days my wife and I have had. It was super stressful at work for both of us, but given how busy our days were at work, we decided to go out to eat that evening. We ended up going to a restaurant we used to frequent and hadn't been to in quite some time: Buffalo Wild Wings. We frequent the one in Canal Winchester, Ohio. It has always been our location and will always be our location. We sat at the bar and were immediately seen to by the bartender. We ordered the drinks we usually get, and they were served on time, along with the bartender being fantastic and a total sweetheart. They have many different appetizers, but we went with the house sampler and chose what we liked to have: Mozzarella sticks, fried cheese curds, pickle chips, and a new slider. Appetizers came out on time, and they were freshly hot and delicious. I have never had a bad experience with this location in any sense. The atmosphere is fantastic, with sports games...

 Everyone enjoys a nice cup of coffee in the morning, and this writer sure does. But it is sometimes difficult to find a coffee shop around either an independent or franchise-owned store. Many exist, but my favorite is Starbucks, and more specifically, the one on Hill Rd N in Pickerington, Ohio, near a Kroger and Giant Eagle. The staff know my order by heart and always ask me how I am doing, and it is always good to hear that from someone. This Starbucks location is minutes away from my job and is quick and convenient. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them and their staff. My usual order is a Venti Salted Caramel Cream Coldbrew. I also substitute the vanilla sweet cream for caramel and request extra caramel drizzle. It is always made the way I like it, and the wait is hardly long, if at all. The atmosphere is excellent, with how quiet it is, and how quick they get my drink out. The food items I have personally ordered have been hot, on time, and always handed to me...
